Meet Cole, our 2018 Emur Award Winner!
Cole received the Emur Outstanding Citizen Award in 2018 for his excellent work as a shopping Cart handler at a local LOWE's store.
Cole's passion for his work as a shopping cart handler is exceptional. According to his stepmother, Cole was off duty one day and the family was driving past the LOWE's store where Cole worked. Cole, ever so protective of his parking lot, turned over to survey the parking lot and what he saw upset him. He saw abandoned carts all over the lot and some were been blown by the wind and rolling randomly. That would not happen under Cole's watch! In anguish, Cole turned to his stepmother and said, "They should have called me!" He was ready to sacrifice his off day to go and handle the out of control shopping carts in the parking lot! What a guy! The LOWE's store manager, said this about Cole, " I wish all employees can have half of the enthusiasm for work that Cole has. He is simply a remarkable worker! We are lucky to have him at our store!"
